Advice Worker - Charity

Do you want to make a difference to people’s lives? Do you want to work in the health and social care sector?

Carers Wakefield & District are a charity supporting unpaid carers, that is those supporting a family member or friend with an illness or disability. They offer advice, information and support and are looking for an outgoing individual to join their friendly and supportive team, working alongside colleagues from health and social care.

  • 35 days annual leave (pro rata) plus 1 days birthday leave

Carers Wakefield & District are passionate about supporting their staff and have a  good package of health and wellbeing support in place.

Hours to be arranged but to include working Thursday and Friday until 5pm.

A full clean driving licence and use of a car is essential.

Closing date for applications is Friday 31 January. Interviews week commencing 10 February.
