Unique in West Yorkshire, WYCAS has been operating since 2000. In that time, they've built up an excellent track record for providing financial management training and accounting services, particularly within the VCSE sector.
Young Lives Consortium is a membership organisation of Voluntary Community Sector groups working with children and young people aged 0-25 years across the Wakefield District.
They support members to assist children and young people in the Wakefield District to develop key skills and competences, to be resilient and meet their full potential.
They aim to represent, support and strengthen VCSE organisations providing services for children, young people, and families by administering a range of services including timely and up to date information, advocacy and representation, expertise, skills share, training, and much more.
Prosper, previously Wakefield and District Health and Community Support, has been supporting communities across Wakefield District for over 200 years and are the largest independent grant maker in the district.
