Lunch & Learn: Users at the Heart of Your Service
Join Trusted Standard and special guests from Reach Learning Disability to explore best practice on listening to feedback from users. You’ll also learn how to collaboratively co-design improvements to service delivery.
Who should attend?
Anyone interested in learning more about how service user feedback and engagement is embedded in Trusted Standard Level 1 and 2.
The webinar will discuss how these indicators across different quality areas within Trusted Standard help ensure a quality, person-centred focussed service.
At Level 1: talk about different ways of capturing feedback and how it can be harnessed to inform improvements.
At Level 2: discuss how service users can become more engaged in designing and evaluating services as well as influencing others.
Hosts
The session will be hosted by Dr. Sue Newberry, Managing Director of Good Ideas Ltd and a Licensed Trusted Standard Practitioner. Sue will be in conversation with guests Laura Carr, Executive Assistant and Tracey Thurlow, Projects and Participation Manager, from Reach Learning Disability an accredited organisation - a Nottinghamshire charity supporting people with learning disabilities to live happier, healthier lives in their community.
