Yorkshire Policy Innovation Partnership (or YPIP) is a wide, 5-year project, funded through UKRI and involving universities across Yorkshire & the Humber.
A key element of the YPIP project is this £800k funding pot to support additional exploration into innovative approaches to policy around inclusive growth and living sustainably in a greener economy where communities in their places sit at the heart of the decision making.
Applicants will need to address one of the 5 YPIP project themes and is open to applicants in Yorkshire and the Humber within the 4 Mayoral Combined authority areas of York and North Yorkshire, Hull and East Riding, South and West Yorkshire.
The fund has two pathways – seed corn projects can apply for up to £10k and larger projects can apply for up to £50k.
YPIP will be hosting information webinars during the application period, and applications close on Sunday 23 March 2025.
