Recovery Worker (Complex Emotional Needs – CREST)

Fixed term up to March 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Touchstone is a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. Touchstone understands that they can only deliver excellence to the people they serve if the people they recruit are happy, empowered, supported to reach their potential and trusted to lead.

The Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team (CREST) is a unique community mental health service providing intensive and flexible wrap around support for individuals across West Yorkshire (Leeds, Kirklees, Calderdale, Wakefield, & Bradford). Many service users have experienced long lengths of stay in locked hospital placements and are disconnected from their community. They work with service users and their family and carers prior to discharge, supporting them into step down provision and beyond.

CREST are currently developing a pathway called ‘Complex Emotional Needs,’ which works with service users who are experiencing complex emotional needs or interpersonal difficulties, which previously many have been referred to as a personality disorder pathway.

As a Recovery Worker, you will empower individuals so they can define, build, and live meaningful, independent, and satisfying lives closer to their community, by providing emotional and practical support.
