16-25 Community Builder

Are you a hands-on professional, who is versatile, well organised, creative, positive and motivated?

Young Lives Consortium are recruiting for a 16-25 Community Builder.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, delivering and evaluating a Project Plan that will enhance the emotional resilience and mental health for 16-25 year olds in the Wakefield District.

The role will contribute to organisational growth, sustainability of organisations, integrated provision and development of effective services to meet local needs.

YLC is a small organisation with a very wide remit, working in an ever-changing environment. This means that staff and management must respond to both internal and external opportunities, sometimes in a short timescale. As a result, the pace of work can be very fast. However, they have a relatively informal working environment, and the organisation is very friendly, open, creative and welcoming.
