Information about

Wakefield Health Inclusion Stakeholder Event

This event will bring together frontline staff, service managers, commissioners and partners to explore how we can work collaboratively to improve health outcomes for Wakefield’s inclusion health groups - those facing the greatest barriers to care.

Through shared learning, insights and networking opportunities, we’ll explore how integrated, person‑centred and neighbourhood‑based working can reduce health inequalities and improve experiences and outcomes for our communities.

Building on the success of our previous event, this session will bring partners together to share learning and continue shaping our approach to Health Inclusion in Wakefield.

Agenda highlights include:

  • Health Inclusion and neighbourhood working - the current picture and emerging priorities
  • Interactive partnership discussions on what is working well and where improvements are needed
  • Short service updates and “spotlight” sessions from local services
  • Themed sessions exploring key areas such as mental health, complex lives, and housing and health
  • Opportunities for networking and cross‑system collaboration

A detailed agenda will follow closer to the date.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided - please share your dietary requirements when registering.
