TYA's mission is to grow Yorkshire's future by helping young people build confidence, identify and achieve their goals, access education, employment and enterprise opportunities, and develop meaningful social connections.
TYA is seeking enthusiastic and committed Youth Support Workers to support the delivery of youth work projects across South and West Yorkshire.
Working alongside Lead Youth Workers and Senior Youth Workers, the successful candidate will help deliver engaging youth work programmes in a range of settings, including community venues, educational institutions and detached youth work environments. The role involves supporting session planning, delivery and evaluation while building positive relationships with young people and promoting their participation, wellbeing and development.
This role requires flexibility, including evening and occasional weekend work. An Enhanced DBS check is required.
