Wakefield District Reducing Healthcare Inequalities: Community of Practice

Join online between 1pm and 3.30pm on Tuesday 3 December to discuss how we can work together to reduce healthcare inequalities and improve community wellbeing.
This online event will focus on the theme of poverty and how it impacts the local healthcare system and patient access to services.

The Community of Practice aims to highlight and share good practice, stimulate opportunities for collaboration and create a safe and innovative space to work together to support our shared commitment in reducing healthcare inequalities within our District.

There will be presentations from across our sectors including Wakefield Citizens Advice Bureau, Primary Care, our Healthy and Sustainable Communities Programme and Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust.
