This role is fixed term to 31 March 2026

Touchstone is a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire. Complex Psychosis Practitioners work clinically to provide rehabilitation interventions aimed at preventing the loss of patient’s skills and providing early help rehabilitation for people in the community with complex psychosis. Additionally developing new pathways and community activities to increase community engagement (reduce social isolation) building on community assets.
