If you are a member of staff or a volunteer working in a health and care service (including VCSE organisations), you can call 0800 183 1488 to:

• Request a wellbeing check in call;
• Get signposting to self-help resources;
• Ask for information about how to access group support, including critical incident support for people and teams;
• Complete a referel for 1 to 1 therapy for you or your colleagues.  

The answer machine is checked regularly and you can expect a call back within 72 working hours.  You will need to leave your name, contact number, and a brief description of your query or request. Please note that the phone line is unmanned – it is a message-taking service.

The Hub is not a crisis service but provides support for staff struggling with work related mental and emotional distress. People who are experiencing a mental health crisis should call our local 27/7helpline: 0800 183 0558.
