
The ISVA Service Manager will manage the delivery and development of a high-quality ISVA service to survivors of rape and sexual violence in West Yorkshire, ensuring services are trauma-informed, survivor-centred, and responsive to the diverse needs of individuals accessing support.
The post holder will provide leadership, overseeing service performance, staff development, partnership working, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, effective, and accessible support across the region.
