How can digital and AI help deliver neighbourhood health, supporting people closer to home and enabling teams to work differently?

- The role of the voluntary sector, with insights from the British Red Cross and its work supporting high users of healthcare services in the communities in which they live
Explore digital and AI in action:
- How digital and AI innovations can support neighbourhood health, including the identification and management of people living with multiple long-term conditions
- The practical enablers needed to deliver at scale, including data sharing, interoperability, decision support, and what this means for community care teams
