Theory of change in ten steps

A theory of change process encourages us to reflect on our aims and plans, to discuss them with others and to make them explicit. We see this process as the foundation of charity strategy, evaluation and communication. This seminar will run through how to develop a theory of change, based on NPC's published guidance Theory of change in ten steps.

At this 1.5 hour online seminar you will hear from NPC expert, Jessica Weir, who will equip you with everything you need to get started with a theory of change.
