Does your organisation work with local children and/or parents? Children from Knottingley, Pontefract, Castleford Central, Ferry Fryston and Airedale can get a free book every month!

The Imagination Library was set up by Dolly Parton in 2007 to inspire a love of reading in the hearts of children everywhere.

All books in the Imagination Library are high quality and age appropriate, having been carefully selected by a panel of experts in early childhood literacy and reading. Books are sent free in the post every month – personally addressed to your child, until their fourth birthday.

Registration is open to babies aged 0 to their 2nd birthday from Knottingley, Pontefract, Castleford Central, Ferry Fryston and Airedale.

To check if your child is eligible for the scheme you can use the postcode checker on the website below.
