The event was the third annual conference of the Wakefield District Community Anchor Network (Wakefield CAN) and this year the focus was on Asset Based Community Development (ABCD).

The evolving role of the CAN is peer support and development, innovating and supporting actions that deliver on the Five Ways to Wellbeing in their localities, through strong partnerships.

#CANCon20 shared examples of this work through various showcases and case studies throughout the event.

We hope everyone who attended enjoyed the event, and furthermore, gained knowledge on what an asset based approach can look like.
