Parents, grandparents, and carers in Wakefield District are being encouraged to download a new children’s healthcare app designed to support the health and development of children and young people. 

The “Children’s Health Services App – HDFT” has been developed by the Wakefield 0-19 Children’s Service (school nurses and health visitors), in collaboration with Wakefield Families Together, and is specifically tailored to the local area to ensure the information provided is relevant to people who live in the district. The app also features information on clinics, family and youth hubs, local support groups, Help at the Hubs and activities available across Wakefield district.. Users can also use the interactive app to provide feedback on their experience of the Wakefield 0-19 Children’s Service.

You can put details about your community organisation and its services on the app by completing this simple online form. The information you add to the app can be paused or deleted at your request at anytime.
