Action for Trustee Racial Diversity (ATRD) provides charities with knowledge, resources, toolkits, networks and specialist advice to enable them to take practical steps to increase the racial diversity of their boards.

ATRD Connect is a digital network exclusively for Black and Asian existing and aspiring trustees where they can meet to discuss all matters relating to trusteeship, seek advice on board challenges and share their experiences.
