
The fund aims to elevate the experience of women and girls in football by creating inclusive, welcoming, and high-quality environments that support female participation at every level.
Funding can be used for improvements such as upgraded toilets and showers, changing rooms, baby change and breastfeeding areas, external lighting, signage, CCTV, clubhouse renovations and covered outdoor spaces.
Funding is for a maximum grant of £25,000, that does not exceed 75% of the total project costs. Applicants will need to contribute the additional 25%.
Grants are available for community groups to run one or more events during British Science Week 2026.
