Second Chance Networking Conference

Second Chance Headway Centre is a Brain Injury Support Charity at the Heart of Wakefield.

For over 40 years Second Chance Headway Centre has offered information, support and advocacy to people affected by brain injury – including survivors, family members, friends and unpaid carers. In 2020 they began to develop their Casework service covering West Yorkshire, the service was successfully contracted by the West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB).

Guest speakers from the Charity, ICB, Local Authority and a chance to network with other professionals.

Lunch will be provided.
