
The Community Foundation Fund supports community-led projects that make a real difference to peoples lives. The fund has a total pot of £250k to give to charities and groups in grants of up to £5,000 to buy equipment and items for projects that are reducing poverty and/or supporting healthyliving.
Projects with greater need and larger impact may be eligible for higher levels of funding.
The Fund has been created to support support not-for-profit organisations across Yorkshire & Humber, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire that support reducing poverty and promote healthy living.
One-off grants are available for UK registered charities who are providing home-starter packs for people in need to move into their home.

Grants are available to not-for-profit organisations supporting young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
