The Community Foundation Fund supports community-led projects that make a real difference to peoples lives. The fund has a total pot of £250k to give to charities and groups in grants of up to £5,000 to buy equipment and items.
Projects with greater need and larger impact may be eligible for higher levels of funding.
The Fund has been created to support support not-for-profit organisations across Yorkshire & Humber, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire that support reducing poverty and promote healthy living.
Grants of £100 are available for organisers of a 'Great Get Together' event, an annual celebration of everything that connects our communities.
Grants are available to constituted UK based organisations to run projects for children and young people (25 or under) to make music activity more inclusive and foster learning, creation and employment opportunities.
Grants for organisations working with young people to deliver projects and work that supports young people aged 18 years and under across the priority themes of abuse, addiction, child carers, and homelessness.
