Grants are available to support UK based not-for-profit organisations that work to empower young people who are at immediate risk of or experiencing homelessness to access the right support at the right time or advocate for challenging structural racism in housing and homelessness.
Two pathways are available:

Grants of £100 are available for organisers of a 'Great Get Together' event, an annual celebration of everything that connects our communities.
Grants are available for small to medium-sized charities registered and working in the UK that defend human rights and promote respect for vulnerable individuals.
Grants of up to £20,000 are available to help charities and community interest companies repair, renovate and improve local community spaces.
