Funding is available to support VCSE organisations to expand community-based support, strengthen and transform existing day support offers, help individuals to live independently and prevent them from returning to rough sleeping.
VCSE organisations in England with a maximum annual income of £5 million that havebeen delivering support for at least 3 years to individuals at risk of, orcurrently experiencing, homelessness and rough sleeping.

This is a three-year funding programme, with three different funding optionsavailable:
Eligible organisations will be able to apply for up to three years of revenue funding and one year of capital funding. Organisations can apply for between £50,000 and £200,000 per year in revenue funding for any or all the programme years. Organisations may also apply for between £50,000 and £200,000 in capital funding, which can be requested for either Year 1 or Year 2 only.
Funding applications open on 23 February 2026 and the deadline for applications is 31 March 2026.
Bids must be submitted by the VCSE organisations, and any application will require a letter of support from the Local Authority. Organisations may submit a sole bidor work in partnership, with one lead agency coordinating a joint submission.
To receive local authority support, which is a requirement of the funding application, proposals will need to align with the Governments National Plan to End Homelessness including its new national target to halve long term rough sleeping, and with Wakefield Councils Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy 2025-2030.

Grants to support grassroots organisations providing safe social spaces, mentoring, work, or social skills for young people aged 11 to 25 years old. Priorities are safe spaces, diversionary activities and life skills.
Grants available for UK-based Charities/Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs) working with vulnerable children and young adults, especially those at risk of sexual and other forms of exploitation.
Grants for UK-registered charities for projects supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Projects should provide life skills, including food education, healthy living and budgeting.
