Taking over a local building or piece of land is a rewarding journey. It starts with two vital questions: Will it work (feasibility) and Who will support us (community engagement)? This three-hour workshop uses Locality’s "Listen, Learn, Adapt" framework to move you from a 'good idea' to a 'solid plan'.
This programme will equip aspiring or existing managers with the knowledge and tools to lead teams and/or projects, through on-campus learning and self-guided study.
The session will explore how we identify neglect, what to consider, tools to use and how best to respond to neglect through robust assessment information sharing. This session is for anyone who works or volunteers with children and their families.
