Our website and monthly newsletter provide information on VCSE sector news, events, jobs, training and funding, related to Wakefield District and surrounding areas. The Nova newsletter is circulated to over 800 contacts that are either VCSE or individuals working with or interested in the VCSE sector in Wakefield District.
Most of the information advertised via the Nova Wakefield District Limited website and monthly Nova newsletter is free of charge. However, we do charge for job adverts if you are not a Nova Member.
Organisations are able to advertise trustee and volunteer opportunities via the Volunteer Wakefield website: volunteerwakefield.org
We do not advertise fundraising events for our members. Organisations are able to advertise fundraising events, along with any other event, service or activity via the Community Wakefield website: communitywakefield.org
We promote external events that are appropriate for the voluntary and community sector. The decision to promote an event will be at Nova Wakefield District Limited's discretion.
To place an advert, Nova Members can use the Member Area of the Nova website. Alternatively, please send the text, including the full details needed to advertise, to info@nova-wd.org.uk. Please ensure that the advert is written in the third person. To allow people to access more information, please provide any relevant website links.
If you are a Non Nova Member who would like to advertise apaid for opportunity, please state within the email that you are happy to pay the £25 fee. The £25 fee is per advert. Please state clearly in the email the person and the address for who the invoice should be addressed and sent to.

Adverts will be added to the Nova Wakefield District Limited website as and when they are received.
The Nova newsletter is circulated monthly, around the 1of every month. If you would like your advert to be placed in the newsletter, please ensure that you email your advert to us before this date to allow time for us to add it to the website and include in the newsletter.
Nova Wakefield District Limited reserves the right to refuse to promote any advert. The adverts promoted via the Nova website and newsletter are not necessarily endorsed by Nova Wakefield District Limited, and views expressed within the adverts are not necessarily those of the organisation.
