
The Governance Support Officer will be responsible for giving day to day support to the Chief Executive, to ensure that the charity complies with all legal and regulatory requirements and where necessary, provide support and guidance to the Service Managers and other key staff. This support will include matters associated with the governance, compliance and operational planning and implementation of St George’s Lupset Ltd strategy and business plan.

St George's Lupset have a four-stage application process made up of, an informal chat, formal competency-based application, working interview, and formal interviews. Completion of the competency-based application form will assess how well you meet the requirements of the job description including key skills, behaviours, and attributes required for the role. Please read the Job Description and Person Specification carefully and focus on providing real life examples that demonstrate your competencies.
If you are shortlisted you will be invited to a working interview followed by a formal interview.
Working Interview - At the working interview you will be set a task related to the job role and will be assessed by a small group of stakeholders.
Formal Interview - This is a traditional interview where you will be asked a number of questions by a small panel. You will then have the opportunity to ask questions of the panel.
