What will you learn?

Ideal for those who have leadership and management responsibilities but no formal training, this programme will help you build your skills and knowledge to lead, organise and motivate teams. You will learn :

• A range of key management skills
• How to put new skills into practice in your own role
• How to build your leadership capabilities
• How to motivate and engage teams
• How to manage relationships confidently
• How to develop your leadership skills using your own knowledge, values and motivation

Please note - this course is only available to #WECAN participants who have not yet completed a qualification with the project.
