The aim of this resource library is to showcase and provide an accessible hub for all the important partnership work undertaken by members of the Health and Wellbeing Alliance from the VCSE sector.

These projects seek to understand and address many of the main concerns of the Alliance’s membership and are sorted, for ease of access, into the following themes:

• Mental health and suicide prevention.
• Maternal health.
• Social prescribing.
• Primary care.
• Digital inclusion.
• Elective care and waiting.
• Social care.
• End of life care and support.
• Additional health inclusion and inequality themes.

The projects are designed and delivered in partnership with policy leads across the Department of Health and Social Care, UK Health Security Agency and NHS England to address issues of importance to the communities they work with or represent.
