Live Well Wakefield launched their new Social Prescribing Hub in Crofton a few weeks ago! It was a superb networking event with local VCSE organisations who spoke about their work and the services they’ll be delivering from the hub.

A real range of services will be using this new VCSE space which has come about through collaboration between Live Well Wakefield, Nova and NHS premises team. Alongside the classroom sized space at Crofton Health Village there is also a smaller 1:1 space available at Ossett Health Centre.
