NHS Property Services worked with Live Well Wakefield to turn unused Primary Care space into Social Prescribing Hubs, and they're available for your VCSE organisation to use!

Live Well Wakefield already have groups using the rooms but would welcome more, so get in touch. The are two spaces available are:

• One at Crofton Health Centre
• One at Ossett Health Village
