The Home Office are keen to get responses from VCSE organisations and charities working with children and young people.

Questions of particular importance to the VCSE sector include:

• Should mandatory reporting apply only to individuals, only to organisations, to both, or to all adults? 
• Should mandatory reporting extend beyond child sexual abuse to all types of abuse and neglect?
• What impacts might this have on individuals / organisations with this reporting duty?
