Programme Director

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for community impact and the voluntary sector?

TSL Kirklees is currently recruiting for a new role of Programme Director to lead and coordinate a portfolio of community infrastructure projects.

This senior leadership role is pivotal in helping us achieve TSL Kirklees' mission to tackle inequality across Kirklees by strengthening the voice and influence of the local VCSE sector.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, Trustee Board, partners, and funders to:

Oversee project delivery and evaluation
Build strong cross-sector partnerships
Align operations with strategic goals
Lead and support a team of project managers
