Community & Enterprise Development Manager

Biography:

I lead the Adviser team at Nova, focusing on: promoting the development of organisations within the VCSE sector; providing a voice for the VCSE sector and influencing local policies and practices; and securing resources for the VCSE sector. I also work closely with Nova’s CEO and Senior Team to encourage good governance, creative partnership working, organisational sustainability and effective staff management.

Favourite hobbies and activities:

I volunteer in my community as a Director of a Community Association and a Neighbourhood Forum. I also help to organise events and activities for the community to participate in.
