Ross has shared that there will be "a big push for people to use the NHS App going forward - discussions have already been had at The People's Panel where the older less-digital population will need to access services in the current way at present i.e. F2F and by telephone. This was discussed at my first People's Panel meeting and has been referred to ever since."
